Six passenger maximum (no minimum number of passengers)

*Unlike the larger tour boats, there is no minimum number of passengers required
for any scheduled cruise to depart.  However, if only one  passenger is
booked  for a cruise, a $130 minimum fee will be charged. All attempts will be made
to book multiple passenger trips.

The Captain reserves the right to cancel due to inclement weather conditions
